Routine Cleaning
Maintenance cleaning is the backbone of every property management. We undertake it at a fixed frequency – daily, several times a week, or once a week – with a service specification (Leistungsverzeichnis) that states what is done when.

- Vacuuming, sweeping, and damp mopping floors
- Cleaning sanitary areas and refilling consumables
- Disinfecting contact surfaces (door handles, light switches, handrails)
- Emptying wastebaskets, separating and preparing waste for disposal
- Kitchens and tea kitchens including surfaces
- Glass surfaces in the entrance area, mirrors, and smudge marks
- Visual inspection and reporting of damage

Stairwell Cleaning
In residential complexes, cleanliness in the stairwell determines the atmosphere in the building. We take care of the entire common area at a fixed rhythm – and document every deployment so that the administration can prove that services were delivered.

- Wet wiping steps, landings, and stair platforms
- Wiping handrails and banisters
- Mailbox system, bell panel, and entrance door
- Elevator cabin including mirror and panel
- Cellar and storage corridors by arrangement
- Laundry room and drying room
- Stairwell windows at the agreed interval
- Sweeping waste collection points and returning containers

Glass & Facade Cleaning
Dirty windows are immediately noticeable – both inside and from the street. We clean all types of glass surfaces, from office facades to shop windows and stairwell windows, using the technique appropriate for the property.

- Window cleaning inside and out, including frames and rebates
- Glass facades with demineralized water (osmosis process)
- Shop windows and entrance areas at short intervals
- Conservatories, glass roofs, and skylights
- Work at height via cherry picker or rope access with partner companies
- Photovoltaic and solar panel cleaning
- Post-construction cleaning of glass surfaces, including cement film removal

Deep & Special Cleaning
Some contaminations cannot be removed by routine cleaning: worn-in floor coatings, nicotine deposits, carpets after years of office use, graffiti on the courtyard facade. For these cases, we come for a one-off service – with machinery that no one keeps for daily use.

- Deep cleaning of hard floors, including protective coating
- Carpet cleaning using spray extraction or pad method
- Upholstery and chair cleaning in the office
- Nicotine and smoke odor removal
- Graffiti removal and protective coating
