Vetted partners instead of excuses
What we don't do ourselves – such as mowing large lawns with a ride-on mower – is handled by established partner companies. Coordination, control, and liability remain with us.
Tariff and audit-proof
Our cleaning services are calculated based on the generally binding minimum wage tariff in the building cleaning trade (Gebäudereiniger-Handwerk). We also contractually oblige partners to adhere to this.
Documentation that withstands audits
You receive performance records, winter service protocols, and inspection reports in writing – important for traffic safety obligations (Verkehrssicherungspflicht) and operational audits.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you also take on individual services?
Yes. Many clients start with one service – usually maintenance cleaning or caretaker service – and later add green space maintenance, winter service, or inspections. The more trades bundled, the more cost-effective the property price becomes.
Do you work with subcontractors?
For specialized tasks, yes, for example, for very large lawns, high-altitude work, or expert inspections. We select the companies, coordinate them, and remain your sole contractual partner. We oblige all partners to adhere to minimum wage tariffs, insurance coverage, and occupational safety regulations.
How quickly can you start?
For ongoing contracts, we usually plan with two to four weeks' lead time for personnel and materials. For special cleaning, post-construction cleaning, or urgent winter service, it often goes much faster – just ask us.
In which areas do you operate?
Our focus is on Heidelberg, Mannheim, Ludwigshafen, and the Rhein-Neckar district. For clients with multiple locations, we manage properties nationwide through our partner network.
Are you insured?
Yes, we work with a business liability insurance for personal injury, property damage, and financial losses. We will inform you of the coverage amounts in our offer, and provide proof upon request before the start of the contract.
