Even today I tell everyone how terrible the move must have been for everyone involved…😅

4th floor in an old building without a lift,

165 moving boxes, 5 rooms full of furniture – including disassembly and assembly.

And yet, Happi and his team greeted us all day with a smile on their faces and great friendliness.

The work was completed – given the enormous effort – astonishingly quickly, extremely competently, and professionally. Our furniture was carefully and gently packed, there were always contact persons on site, and Happi himself was always reachable.

While we sincerely hope this was our last move – if not, we would hire Happi and his team again anytime.

We would especially like to emphasize how straightforward and quick Mr. Happi reacted when there was a problem with our bulky waste: strangers had rummaged through it and added additional items, so it wasn't picked up. Just a few minutes after our call, Mr. Happi was there and sorted everything out for us – even from a distance.

Honestly, everything was great, and as agreed, without sudden surprises.

You often hear about or experience situations where it suddenly gets more expensive, or they say, 'that wasn't discussed, we don't do that.'

Or, 'buy cheap, buy twice.'

None of that was the case.

Called them, they were near Wiesloch within half a day for a quote, where a very fair agreement was reached.

Then the guys arrived at the property as agreed and got to work.

It turned out to be a bit more than expected, but they worked until 9 PM until everything was done.

So, this company exists, super friendly and nice contact, immediately available, really very affordable in comparison, and everything to my satisfaction.

It was about the complete clearing out of an apartment.
